Wow! What an amazing, fun-packed week we've had... and we have more activity-filled events next week too! Although the children were absolutely exhausted after residential (as well as the staff), they had such an incredible time at Kearsney Abbey. We hope they all had a good experience during transition at their secondary schools on Thursday.
For those children who did not attend residential, they stayed in school and worked on a project to create the next roller-coaster ride. They designed, generated ideas and then created their new ride before making advertising campaigns including posters and a TV commercial to attract visitors. Introducing Benzilla:

Monday 11th July - London trip (children need to arrive in the main hall by 08:30); children should wear school uniform (with trainers if they want)
Tuesday 12th July - Go Ape (children will need to arrive in the main hall by 07:30); children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for tree climbing
Wednesday 13th July - Key Stage Two Sports Day (starting at 09:15); children should wear suitable, bright clothing (it would be recommended that Year 6 bring a towel and a change of clothing!!)
Thursday 14th July - Swimming
Friday 15th July - Inflatable Fun for the Leavers' Party (from 16:00 - 18:00)
