One Childhood, One Chance

Monday 29th March

Good morning, Team Azure and Team Peacock! We hope you had a lovely weekend and are ready to tackle the last few days of this term.

The plan for this week is as follows:

ENGLISH - Playscripts.

Monday - Plan your own playscript. It can be about whatever you like. Think about your settings, characters, plot, dialogue etc. Write down a few ideas and pick your favourite!

Tuesday - Write your playscript. Remember a character list. Remember to use narration and stage direction (refer back to last week's powepoint if you are unsure) Remember your layout.

Wednesday - Perform your playscript! Can you get members of your household to be involved or will you have to play multiple parts? Think about how you are going to act the parts out (follow your stage directions!). We would love to see photos or videos of your performances!

MATHS- Equivalent fraction. The Powerpoint and sheets for today's Maths lesson have been attached to this post.

TOPIC - Plan and record an investigation in your kitchen about a food of your choice changing states (solid to liquid etc.) Write up your prediction, method, results, conclusion and include a labelled diagram/photos. Questions to consider - What is your current state? How are you going to change its state? How are you going to ensure that your investigation is safe? How are you going to ensure a fair test?8 Essential Methods for Cooking Eggs (All In One Place) | KitchnHow to Melt Chocolate (Video) | Real Simple
