We’ve been treated to some glorious sunshine, which has made our Come Dine with Me lunches with Years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 all the more enjoyable. It has been such a pleasure to open our doors and welcome so many of you in to share time with your children over lunch. These events have been a joyful way for you to see our new Thrive Playtimes, and we hope you were able to experience the magic of “co-adventuring” alongside your children—whether that was den building, cooking up creations in the mud kitchen, or joining in with a picnic game or two.
A big well done to Year 5, who performed their class assembly this week. It was a real celebration of their learning and a lovely opportunity to welcome families into school. We are always proud of how confidently and creatively our children share what they’ve been learning—and we know how much it means to families to be part of those moments.
Once again, thank you all for making this such a fantastic week. Your support, energy and involvement help make Chilton the special place it is.
Remember, Monday is a Bank holiday, so we will be welcoming you all back to school bright and early on Tuesday morning.
