Dear Chilton Families,

The obvious highlight of this week has been Number Day! Thank you so much for supporting the day in the way that you have — as you always do. It is such a special event in our calendar and one filled with fun, laughter and learning. I know the children are having, and will continue to have, a wonderful day, and it has been a joy to see them so engaged and enthusiastic.

It is a very exciting time at Chilton, with so many projects either coming to fruition or about to launch. Our focus this month across Viking is “Getting Better Never Stops”, and I want you to know that this is not just a phrase — it is what drives each of us every single day. We strive daily to make your children happier, to ensure they feel safe, to support them better with their learning, and to provide them with the opportunities and experiences we want to give them as part of their education.

Our care, compassion and ambition for your children are what motivate us. At the same time, we are only human, and we reflect every day on how we can improve — particularly in how we communicate and how we support all of our families in the best possible way. This reflection is an important part of getting better.

Please know that my door is always open — for any question or any concern, no matter how big or small. We are as ambitious for your children as you are, and during their seven years with us, we want to give them nothing but the very best.

Trust underpins every strong relationship, and we take the responsibility of caring for and nurturing your children incredibly seriously. As we continue to take Chilton to new levels, please always feel able to come and talk to us about anything at all. You play a vital role in helping us make Chilton the very best it can be.
