Friday 12th June

Next week wake and shake will take place on Tuesday, rather than Wednesday. We look forward to seeing you all there.

On Friday 19^th June, we have a local author, Zoe Antoniades, visiting school to share her stories and some writing tips with the children. Zoe will be selling and signing books after school on this day on the top playrground. Her books cost around £5. Should you not be able to purchase a book on Friday, we will also be sending home an order form next week, where you can place an order for one of her books that she will then deliver to school to be sent home. Many thanks.

Tuesday 2nd June

Message for Year 5 parents - Year 5 have been invited to CCGS for a Science-themed day next week on Tuesday 9^th June . They will be taking part in a variety of exciting and engaging activities throughout the day that require STEAM skills. We will be there all day, leaving Chilton at 8.35 and returning to Chilton for normal pick up time. The children will need a packed lunch and plenty of water packed into a rucksack. Please inform the office if your child requires a free school meal packed lunch for that day. The children will need to wear normal school unform but please wear comfortable shoes for walking, ie trainers. They will also need a waterproof coat if it is forecast to rain that day.
