We can’t believe that we are so close to the end of the year, Year 3 are continuing to shine in all that they do.
We have had a great week and we have really enjoyed Come Dine with Me, science experiments, practise our races ready for sports day and so much more!
Please see below links to the videos from Mrs Cousins and Mr Cook answering the questions that we had for them.

Maths
This week in Maths, we have been developing our knowledge of time, converting between seconds and minutes, and minutes and hours, as well as working with time durations. Next week, we will be recapping our knowledge of statistics and answering a range of related questions.
English
This week in English, we have been writing a non-chronological report about the Amazon Rainforest. Next week, we will be creating our own imaginary rainforest animal, writing a non-chronological report about it and a short narrative bringing it to life.
Thematic
This week in Thematic, we have been learning about the importance of leaves to plants and how water is transported through a plant. Next week, we will be completing our RE learning for the term, exploring Islamic rites of passage.
Home Learning
We would like you to create a non-chronological report all about yourself, ready to give to your new Year 4 teacher. This is a lovely opportunity for you to introduce yourself and share what makes you unique.
