One Childhood, One Chance

Friday 3rd May 2024

Well it’s been an incredibly busy week here at Chilton this week and we are all looking forward to a well deserved rest over the Bank Holiday Weekend!

The Year 6 children have been busy with preparing for their SATS work, Year 1 are currently having a lovely time at the Hornby Museum in Margate and all year groups have been working hard in class – for more on what they have been up to please watch this week’s Heads Up! Video:

The Year 3 pupils did a wonderful job on their class assembly this week and next week is Year 1’s turn – we can’t wait to see what you have been learning!

We are looking at ways to improve attendance and the first step is to raise awareness of the time lost through pupil absence.

For details on the Year 1 assembly and all of next week’s key activities, please see the Next Week at Chilton below. Please also visit your class blog to check your specific key reminders, recent work and any home learning.

Have a lovely long weekend everyone,

Mr McAuley
