Friday 27th March
We have made it through a very strange but very sunny week of home learning. How are you all finding it? We would much rather see your lovely faces but it has been lovely seeing your messages and getting your emails. Please, please do stay in touch - we miss you more than you know!
Let's get into today's learning!
Today’s task is to write a playscript of Monkey and Papa God. Remember to:
- Include a character list
- Use a character’s name in the margin followed by a colon to show what they are saying
- Include a narrator to give the audience extra information that they may need (past tense).
- Include stage directions in brackets to show your actors how they need to perform (present tense).
Extra challenge: Could you think of a way to act out one of your created plays? Maybe put a play on in the garden? Or make puppets? Or just draw it out and film your narration?
It's problem solving Friday!
Challenges are on the slides that can be found from earlier this week.
Don't forget that the nrich website has some REALLY tricky problems if you really want to be stretched!
It's the last day for your research projects. Please email any finished learning or add a picture to the blog.
Have a lovely weekend and we will speak to you all on Monday :)
